A Better Tomorrow provides a
service by interviewing family members and then personally evaluating each senior client needs. We take that information including elder's care and social needs, location preference,
family budget and any other pertinent information we obtain from caregivers and then match it with appropriate facilities in our computer data base. We specifically tailor our process to meet your required criteria.
All personal information provided to us is held in the strictest confidence and HIPPA
standards. Upon determining collectively that said facility(facilities) would possibly make a fitting candidate to care for your loved one, we then provide the designated facilities with
information for evaluation purposes only.
This information is not shared with other third parties. We then provide each family
with a list of residences to visit based on our facility matching criteria and a list of questions to ask facility staff and a checklist of key items to observe during a tour.
Preparation is key. Our step by step process is to ensure that we have covered every concern and uncertainty. The better prepared you are the more informative a decision you will make.
